Green Building 101
This course will provide discussion of the many elements of green building and design that can be applied to both new and existing homes. During the class, core competencies will be included for new or existing home improvements which provide greater efficiencies and sustainability while also being environmentally friendly. Current tax credits available for both new and existing homes will be explained. Additional industry professionals will be on hand for questions and answers to address specific questions on individual topics. Of greatest importance, discussion will take place on the sensibilities of planning a
