Yoga
Are you interested in the benefits of yoga but never tried it before? This class is for you. Create flexibility, release stress in a calm and gentle way. Take this class and your body will thank you. It is recommended to bring a floor mat and wear comfortable clothing. Instructor Gayle O"Connell.
Tai Chi is a series of gentle exercises. The exercises were developed to increase flexibility, health and a sense of well being. The class is split into segments of gentle exercises, deep breathing and learning a Yang Style Tai Chi form. You may sign up for Thursday night only or for both Tuesday and Thursday nights for only $30 more. Instructor Konrad Smith.
