A visual journal will be required, where impressions can be recorded in mixed media with photography being encouraged for everyone.
The advantage of international study is the impact
of art and environment of a city on a student's educational
development through exposure to one of the major cultural cities
of western civilization. It provides an opportunity to develop
intellectual curiosity, formulate goals, and to use intuitive reasoning
and analytical skills before actual sites of historical importance.
Students will receive individual instruction and guidance from an authority in art and art history and be able to develop the artistic skills in an environment that has inspired artists for centuries. They will establish confidence in their ability to study and research in a foreign country.
