Amusement Park Adventure
Everyone loves a scary amusement park ride! Now you can build four different rides and program them to move! This beginner robotics program enables students to
learn to build and program amusement park robotics. You will use LEGO bricks, computer hardware and simple but powerful computer software to design, construct and
program amusement park rides. Use bricks, sensors, motors and leads to build one of four models – a ghost train, a bumper car, a merry-go-round or a tour bus.

Mad Science Camp Sampler
Crazy Chemistry
Investigate chemical reactions happening all around us every day, in the kitchen, the laundry, the garden, even the walls! Young scientists will build crystals, make
sidewalk chalk, bath fizzers, a chromatograph T-shirt, investigate water-absorbing chemicals, and use chemical reactions to make your own ice cream!
Junior Engineers Young engineers will have lots to talk about after a day of building and testing structures out of lots of different materials! Check out pyramids,
arches and inflatable beams. Test the strength of eggs, and build bridges and sky scrapers.
Shutterbugs Discover the secrets of light! Break light into its parts and put them back together. Learn about waves and colors, and explore reflection, refraction
and diffraction. Make your own multi-colored sun catchers using only three primary colors. Make messages appear and disappear using colors and patterns that deceive the eye.
Rocket Camp Discover the principals of flight! Learn the parts of a rocket, rocket design and the stages of
rocket flight. Learn the history of space travel in between the outdoor launches of several model rockets of varying sizes and designs.

Secret Agent Lab
Step into the shoes of a detective! Uncover the science involved in evidence gathering and
analysis. Become a super sleuth and learn clever ways of performing tasks in this hands-on view of the science that spies use! From decoding messages to metal
detectors and night vision, you will have the opportunity to check out spy equipment, and discover the technological tools of detection!.
