Baseball
Bring your glove and dress ready to play ball! Pitching, hitting, fielding and
base running will all be covered. Learn to hit for power, drive the ball to all
fields, have a solid hitting stance and learn the mechanics of the swing. At the
end of the camp, you will feel more confident with your entire game! For more

Boys Soccer
Are you ready to play soccer? This camp is designed to help each player gain a
new level of proficiency. Individual focus will be on passing, trapping, heading,
shooting, juggling and dribbling. Team techniques will focus on combination play,
attacking and defending. Goalkeepers will work on improving footwork, advanced
catching and diving. Particular focus will be placed on catching, collapse diving,
breakaways, highballs and crosses, as well as distribution and communication. Bring
water, shin guards and a ball. For more information, call the Sports Training Center
