Introduction

This is the student academic achievement assessment site for the Metropolitan Community College district.

There are eleven parts to this site:

• Introduction: a page which outlines how to navigate this site.
• Organization: provides the organization and structure for MCC's assessment program including the charge to each assessment subcommittee.
• Assessment Plan: includes the current and various revisions to the assessment plan. Also includes MCC's ethical statement for conducting assessment and two Academic Achievement Update documents.
• General Education: contains the general education outcomes, the faculty senate endorsement of the general education components, and the State of Missouri 42 Hour Transfer Core.
• Career and Technical Programs: contains an assessment audit for each occupational program.
• Student Development: includes the Student Development outcomes.
• Reports: includes reports/ papers written for each general education component, occupational program, and student development assessment activities.
• Project Funding: specifies how to request funds for assessment projects.
• Resources: a collection of pertinent source material for the assessment program.
• Document Archive: a collection of older documents, reports and/ or papers that are older than 8 years.
• Teams: dedicated to the Campus Assessment Teams (CAT); includes communication within the campus by assessment teams.
