Getting Started

We recommend that if you don’t know where to start then sign up to meet with an instructor for an exercise program.  You will first have a fitness assessment appointment where you will discuss your fitness goals, health risk analysis, body composition, goal setting and nutrition review.  We will develop an exercise program designed based off your needs and goals that will include review of all exercises prescribed.  This will involve two separate visits.

Personal Training

Why use a personal trainer? A personal trainer becomes your own private "coach", guiding you through your workout(s). Our personal trainers have the education and expertise to teach proper technique, individualize a program for your specific needs or wants, and motivate you to achieve your goals.

Nutritional Consultation

Each of our fitness instructors have educational and professional experience in nutrition. A nutritional analysis consists of a 3 day sample nutrition plan. This plan will include portion sizes, servings, calories, and amounts of fat, carbohydrate, and protein. With this program you will have four additional 30 min. sessions for weekly meal planning review.

Athletic Step

This ain't no dance class!  This class caters to all fitness levels and is an energizing step workout with simple movements on, over and around the step. It consists of short bursts of circuit-inspired functional training designed to make you fitter faster!


This is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Cardio Mix

This class is a high energy workout that offers a mixture of low and high impact exercises, as well as kickboxing and much more. You make it your own workout by working at your fitness level.


This class is 30 minutes of Cardio Mix and 30 minutes of Les Mills BODYPUMP.

Cardio Step

Come experience the many aspects of stepping with a class that differs each time you come. Some of the step styles you may try include: double step, in-line step, and intermediate to advanced choreography, step/interval and more. Target some troubled toning areas to finish it off, and you've made it through something new!


Increase flexibility and core strength with this mat class combining Yoga and Pilates. In this class you will move through stretches and poses while strengthening the core and ending the class with complete body relaxation.

Group Weight Training

Ready to get a great workout but don't want choreography of any kind? Then this is the class for you! Come join us as we take you through a series of muscle conditioning and core strengthening exercises designed to be challenging, yet adjustable to your own fitness level.

Functional Stretching

This class feels good & is good for YOU! Join the fitness staff as they take you through a sequence of stretches that will focus on hamstrings, low back, abdominals, and other body parts that get tight.

Yoga Flow

This class is a mix of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music creates a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Powers Challenge

This unique program will include instruction in technique, injury prevention and functional strength training. Participants are closely supervised for form and safety during an intense workout. These workouts are usually short (15-30 minutes) and consist of strength training and conditioning with a strong emphasis on functional movements and proper technique. More complex and progressively challenging workouts will replace basic movements once they have been mastered under close supervision and coaching.


(TKB) is a combination of kickboxing and dance moves, with a unique blend of interval, strength and endurance training followed by a relaxing cool-down all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music.

TKB requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment. It's a fun and challenging way for those looking to burn a lot of calories.

ZUMBA Fitness

This class combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "Fun and Easy to do" in order for Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind. It is a "Feel-Happy" workout!
