Strength Based Coaching® Offerings

Strengths-Based Coaching®: A Journey Into Coaching is a 12-hour training which introduces a practical, step-by-step approach for supporting adults through change. This training is for technical assistance providers and consultants, or directors and others in leadership roles working with early childhood, school age and youth development programs. Participants will learn:

  • Coaching basics for effective leadership
  • A step by step process for supporting others through change
  • Methods to develop partnerships that motivate adults
  • Techniques for inspiring commitment
  • Strategies to build skills and achieve mutual goals

We also offer workshops based on Strengths-Based Coaching®
