
You will no doubt have questions as you are using myMCCKC. Here are some frequently asked questions (FAQ's) that might help to address some of your questions.
The primary benefit of myMCCKC is that users can log in once in order to gain access to many MCC systems.
The home page of the MCC website is the entryway into myMCCKC. The goal is to have the MCC homepage as the default page on campus computers so that myMCCKC is easily accessible for those needing to access those systems.
You can access the myMCCKC from any computer with internet access. Go to the MCC home page at www.mcckc.edu and click on the myMCCKC located toward the top right. That will bring up the myMCCKC log in page where you can access your systems.
If you are a student, your UserID is a capital S followed by your 7 digit number (Example: S1234567). If you are an employee it is a capital E followed by your 7 digit number (Example: E1234567).
The log in page for myMCCKC has a need userid and need password link that will assist you in accessing your log in information. If you want to change your password, you can do so once you log in to MCCKC under the manage password link at the bottom.
Students have to change their password every 180 days and employees have to change their password every 90 days. The system will prompt you when it's time to change your password.

Use your Employee ID number and password to log in as an employee, and your Student ID number and password to log in as a student. You can set your password to be the same if you choose. You will need to fully log out of one system in order to access the other.
All but MetroSoft and MetroSoft Finance. You will see a message that these systems are unavailable from off campus.
Yes, you can stop by any campus records office and fill out a student data change form. You can also download the Statistical Data Change form and fax it to the student data center at 816.759.1149.
For students will include Student E-mail (G-mail), Blackboard, Student Center Home, and the Library Catalog and Databases. For employees will include Employee E-mail (Outlook), Blackboard, Infoexchange (including the web login applications), Employee Center/Faculty Center, MetroSoft, MetroSoft Finance and the Library Catalog and Databases.
The version that you see in myMCCKC is the web version of Outlook E-mail, because myMCCKC is a web based, not a client based system. If you prefer the Outlook Client, you may continue to use that and access it from your desktop.
Never share your password with anyone and make sure that you log out of your portal completely when leaving your computer.
