Automotive Visit Day (LV)

Automotive Visit Day is a career specific campus experience geared around Automotive Technology. During your visit, you will meet faculty from the Automotive Technology department and tour the program facility. This is a great way to get in-depth information about the area while becoming familiar with campus.

Please meet at the High Technology building located at the south end of the main campus.

Campus Visit (LV)

A campus visit is an interactive opportunity for you to get your questions answered, learn more about MCC degree programs, and the resources available to assist you in becoming an MCC student. This small group session is designed for prospective students who have not yet applied to the college.

Early College/Dual Enrollment Information and Enrollment Session

Information and Enrollment Session for all students who are interested in learning about taking college classes prior to high school graduation, as part of their homeschool education completion, or as part of early college preparation. Open to all Longview area students and parents/support members.

Once registered, you will receive an email with instructions for steps to take prior to the session and materials to bring with you to the session.

Engineering Night (LV)

Receive an introduction to careers in the engineering industry and to the MCC engineering program and articulation agreement with Missouri University of Science & Technology. We look forward to seeing you there!

A+ Information Session (MW)

Are you a student earning and planning to use your A+ after your senior year of high school? This information event will help make sure that you know all the details about using the A+ benefit and KEEPING the A+ benefit while you are in college. No A+ question will go unanswered! Engineering Visit Day (MW)

Engineering visit day is a career specific campus experience geared around engineering. During your visit, you will speak with Admissions, engineering faculty, visit a lab, and take a campus tour. Learn about the many educational paths that lead to an engineering degree at any one of the regional accredited universities. Whether you plan to come to MCC first or go straight to a university, our faculty can help you figure out what you could be doing to prepare while in high school.

MCC-Maple Woods Monarchs Collegiate Academy Pre-Sophomore Information Session

The Monarchs Collegiate Academy (MCA) is a great way to get ahead by obtaining a college associates degree during the last two years of high school. Attend this information session to find out more about MCA and prepare yourself to be a qualified candidate. Event open to 8th and 9th grade students, parents, and counselors.

MCC-Maple Woods Monarchs Collegiate Academy Sophomore Information Session

This session is for sophomores only. The Monarchs Collegiate Academy (MCA) is a great way to get ahead by obtaining a college associates degree during the last two years of high school. Sophomores and their parents will learn current information on the program, including the course availability at each of the NKCS high schools, the program benefits and the spring 2015 application process. Counselors and other North Kansas City School representatives will also be in attendance to answer questions.

Vet Tech Day (MW)

Vet Tech Day is a career specific campus experience geared around Veterinary Technology. During your visit, you will meet with Admissions, tour campus, meet the faculty of the Vet Tech department, and tour the program facility. This is a great way to get in-depth information about the area while becoming familiar with campus.

Please meet at the Veterinary Technology building located south of the main campus.

MCC-Penn Valley

Health Science Institute (HSI) Group Tour (PV)

This session is designed for large groups, classes, or clubs.

Attendees will see simulated, experiential learning taking place in a variety of healthcare careers as they tour this state-of-the-art facility and visit with admission professionals.

Health Science Institute (HSI) Visit (PV)

When you tour the Health Science Institute (HSI) you will see simulated, experiential learning taking place in a variety of healthcare careers. An ambulance bay in the emergency medicine program, two operating rooms, a virtual hospital, and a dental suite, to name a few. Come take a walking tour of the state-of-the-art facility at 3444 Broadway. (tour approx. 1 hour)

Directions: The entrance is on the 34th Terrace side. Turn west off Broadway onto 34th Terrace or 35th Street. Park in visitor parking located at the end of each block and at the back of the building; you can also park along Broadway or 35th Street. Wait at the security desk located just inside the building entrance in the Atrium for your tour guide. Tours start promptly. If you are late for the tour please register for a different date. Parking in the Missouri Gas Energy lot north of the HSI entrance, or any other unauthorized area, will result in immediate towing at the owner's expense.
