Discover MCC-Blue River and experience campus life as you tour the campus and visit with admission professionals. You will learn about financial aid, programs available, and discuss what steps you will need to take to become a student!

Campus Visit (BTC)

A campus visit is an interactive opportunity for you to get your questions answered, learn more about MCC degree programs, and the resources available to assist you in becoming an MCC student. This small group session is designed for prospective students who have not yet applied to the college.

Please note: Enrollment in classes does not take place during this appointment although you will have an opportunity to complete an MCC application.

Automotive Visit Day (LV)

Automotive Visit Day is a career specific campus experience geared around Automotive Technology. During your visit, you will meet faculty from the Automotive Technology department and tour the program facility. This is a great way to get in-depth information about the area while becoming familiar with campus.

Please meet at the High Technology building located at the south end of the main campus.

Upon registration one of our Automotive Team members will be in contact with you to confirm your special visit. Be sure to select the date specific to your interest.

Early College/Dual Enrollment Information Session

Interested in taking college classes as a high school student? This Information and Enrollment Session is available for all students who are interested in learning about taking college classes prior to high school graduation, as part of their homeschool education completion, or as part of early college preparation. Open to all Longview area students and parents/support members.

Once registered, you will receive an email with instructions for steps to take prior to the session and materials to bring with you to the session.

Senior Visit Day (LV)

It's your senior year! Come experience student life at MCC-Longview. You will enjoy the opportunity to meet faculty, students, and staff to learn about available resources, academic programs, and transfer opportunities.

The event will include a faculty panel, campus tours, strategies for college success, and optional break-out sessions regarding financial aid/A+, applying for admission, and one-on-one sessions for personalized enrollment assistance.

Engineering Visit Day (MW)

Engineering visit day is a career specific campus experience geared around engineering. During your visit, you will speak with Admissions, engineering faculty, visit a lab, and take a campus tour. Learn about the many educational paths that lead to an engineering degree at any one of the regional accredited universities. Whether you plan to come to MCC first or go straight to a university, our faculty can help you figure out what you could be doing to prepare while in high school.

Senior Visit Day (MW)

It's your senior year! Come experience campus life at MCC-Maple Woods first-hand to meet faculty, students, and staff and to learn about available resources, academic programs, and transfer opportunities.

The event will include an admissions presentation, a mock class, and a student panel with additional options for lunch, campus tours, and testing. Financial Aid presentation available for parents.

Vet Tech Day (MW)

Vet Tech Day is a career specific campus experience geared around Veterinary Technology. During your visit, you will meet with Admissions, tour campus, meet the faculty of the Vet Tech department, and tour the program facility. This is a great way to get in-depth information about the area while becoming familiar with campus.

Please meet at the Veterinary Technology building located south of the main campus.

MCC-Penn Valley

Health Science Institute (HSI) Visit (PV)

When you tour the Health Science Institute (HSI) you will see simulated, experiential learning taking place in a variety of healthcare careers. An ambulance bay in the emergency medicine program, two operating rooms, a virtual hospital, and a dental suite, to name a few. Come take a walking tour of the state-of-the-art facility at 3444 Broadway. (tour approx. 1 hour)

Directions: The entrance is on the 34th Terrace side. Turn west off Broadway onto 34th Terrace or 35th Street. Park in visitor parking located at the end of each block and at the back of the building; you can also park along Broadway or 35th Street. Wait at the security desk located just inside the building entrance in the Atrium for your tour guide. Tours start promptly. If you are late for the tour please register for a different date. Parking in the Missouri Gas Energy lot north of the HSI entrance, or any other unauthorized area, will result in immediate towing at the owner's expense.
