Need help selecting a career path?

AgilitiesMCC has partnered with The DeBruce Foundation for students to take the Agile Work Profiler (AWP) that will link a person’s strengths and interests, and inform students what they do well, with clusters of work activities known as agilities.

"Assisting students with early identification of their academic and career goals is a proven strategy for increasing college completion rates," says MCC Chancellor Kimberly Beatty. "This partnership with The DeBruce Foundation will support our students in determining their career pathways."
