Having technical problems with one of our on-line systems? Help is available in a variety of ways from MCC Student Technical Support:

Employee having technical problems? Help is available in a variety of ways from MCC Employee IT Support either by submitting an IT Ticket or by calling Employee IT Support at 816.604.1888.


Effective May 22, 2021, students will access MCC systems using the following two login formats:

  1. To access myMCCKC, campus computers, campus Wifi: Sxxxxxxx (Note: “S” must be uppercase.)
  2. To access Blackboard, Starfish, Radius, Office 365: Sxxxxxxx@student.mcckc.edu (Note: “S” can be either upper or lowercase.)
