Fall to Spring Retention Rate
Fall 2020 - Spring 2021
Fall to Spring Retention is defined as the percentage of students who did not complete a degree nor certificate in the fall term, but returned in the subsequent spring term. Since retention is based on the total number of non-completers for a given fall term, the number of completers has been subtracted out of the initial fall headcount. This differs from Fall to Spring Persistence where the number of completers is not subtracted out of the initial fall headcount.
Dual Credit is excluded from the calculations.
