UCM Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship
Undergraduate students who have never before attended UCM, but have earned at least 24 semester credit hours from an accredited 2-year community college (with a cumulative transfer grade-point average of 3.50 or higher), and are vital, involved members of Phi Theta Kappa (documentation of level of involvement will be required).
Selection committee will review information submitted on the application for admission, the final official transcript(s) from all colleges/universities previously attended, and the Evaluation of Phi Theta Kappa Participation form.

Application processIndicate on the application for admission to UCM that you are a Phi Theta Kappa member in good standing. An Evaluation of Phi Theta Kappa Participation form will be mailed to you. Your Phi Theta Kappa Advisor will complete and return the form to UCM. All application documentation must be received at UCM by March 1
