Home-schooled students do very well at MCC. Admission requirements are the same as for public school students. Homeschooled students are considered dual enrollment students.
- Dual enrolled students take MCC classes prior to completing a high school equivalency credential
- Classes can be taken at any MCC campus or online
- Credits earned are counted for college credit and may possibly be counted toward high school credit depending on the homeschool association
Juniors and seniors may be able to enroll early, as well as younger students who are academically gifted. As the educator, a parent determines a student's grade level and when high school has been completed. Homeschool students will follow the dual enrollment process.
