Public Safety Institute

The Public Safety Institute provides a variety of services. Through the Police and Fire Academies and Paramedic program, the Public Safety Institute trains students for police and fire science careers.

The Public Safety Institute is one of the Midwest's best training facilities for peace officers, firefighters, and paramedics. The Police and Fire Academies, in addition to the Paramedic Program, teach students the skills that change and the chance to save lives.

In addition to training students to become peace officers and firefighters, the Public Safety Institute offers continuing education required for current peace officers and firefighters.
