How to resolve an issue you may have with MCC-Online classes.
1. Please make every effort to resolve the issue internally.
If you live outside the state of Missouri while attending MCC through online (or otherwise electronically delivered) classes, please address any issues to the appropriate office as outlined in MCC's Student Complaints.
2. File an appeal with the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) State Portal Entity (SPE)
If an issue cannot be resolved internally, MCC is a participant in SARA and you may file an appeal with the SPE for either Missouri or your home state by contacting the SPE.
