Lineman

LINE 210 - Pole Framing and Construction Specifications (3 credits)

Prerequisites: LINE 104 & LINE 105 with grades of C or higher. This course will introduce varied materials used for different kinds of construction by sight and definition. Knowledge and skills taught will include aerial and groundman situations, installing, repairing, and removing various materials and equipment. Students will demonstrate the construction and understanding used in aerial pole framing. These tasks will be completed using climbing equipment off the pole.
